IDVector was founded to create a scalable platform to provide privacy, security, and anonymity to all Internet users. We have designed the IDVector system to maximize the privacy of our users and minimize the data we collect and retain.
IDVector, Inc. is based in the United States, but inherent to our mission statement and to provide the IDVector Services, we must operate globally. Regardless of what country you reside in, or are using IDVector Services from, by using IDVector Services, you consent to the transfer of information to and from the United States, and any other country you designate through the use of an IDVector Service. Privacy and data protection laws in these countries may vary.
Information Collection and Use
Basic Account Information:
To register for an IDVector Access account you provide a subset of the below:
- An email address
- A mobile phone number
- A password
IDVector only uses these pieces of information to validate your usage of IDVector Services.
We chose Stripe as our payment processor because they offer a number of anonymous payment mechanisms including:
- Prepaid cards
You can choose to further limit information that is collected and stored about you by using one of these payment mechanisms.
IDVector Mobile for iOS
You provide an email address and/or a mobile phone number as part of IDVector Service registration. By providing IDVector that information, you consent to receive IDVector Service related information through that mechanism. IDVector does not share this information with any third party.
To facilitate responsive IDVector Services, we perform an IP address geolocation lookup of the observed IP address of the IDVector client; this information is cached for 60 minutes and then discarded.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share any information you provide to IDVector. IDVector responds to valid legal process issued in compliance with U.S. law. Requests for user account information from U.S. law enforcement should be directed to IDVector through proper service of process. See Law Enforcement Guidelines for further information regarding legal process.
IDVector Services are not directed toward users under the age of 18. Individuals under the age of 18 should not provide any personal information to or through an IDVector service.
